Chicken Pochero instructions
- Heat pan with cooking oil then fry chicken for 2 mins in both sides. Set aside.
- Saute garlic and onion, add the slices of chinese chorizo and diced tomatoes and the cooked chicken.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Add water if needed. Let it simmer for 15 mins..
